PS3 and Madden 12 football

I played Madden football on the PS3 today. I can't believe how many selections you can make. You can pick your stadium, the weather, the turf, everything. It took us over 30 minutes to set the game up. I was actually sick of the game before we even played. Anyone ever played this? Do you always set up the game or just play?

I normally just go threw the settings really fast, but yes there are tons of options. I think it is great, that there are the options.
