through website of Xbox Marketplace. No matter what browser and if PC or iPad is used, I ge to payment and the only indefinite green circles of loading appear, For hours even with no result. I saw that it happened to several other people througout the internet without any solution proposed. Do you know what to do? Please?

Make sure you have a stable connection, also make sure your card is not being declined and you're signed in with the account that you wish to use the product on.

if nothing else works make sure you contact Xbox Customer Support in the Billing Department
