Rant About Customer Service

I can't find a forum for general discussion so I will just place this post here.

I'm fed up with gaming companies that don't mind about their customers and they only care about the money. I won't mention any names as this might affect the forum but I wish gaming companies would listen to their customers because they are the ones buying their products.
I can pretty much agree with you here, they do only care about money. Which in way requires them to care about their customers too, but you got to think, they are a business too. Also I will look into a new section for general gaming threads like this.

Even the mighty Xbox can have severe problems when it comes to customer service. Like it took over a month for my husband's account to be restored when it was hacked as part of the FIFA scam. That is beyond a reasonable wait time.
