The right joystick on my Xbox One wireless controllers will not work. When the first two quit working, I thought they were just worn out because I've had them a long time and they've seen a lot of play. However, I just got a new controller two days ago, and yesterday afternoon the right joystick quit working. With three controllers all exhibiting an identical problem, I think it is a technical issue, not a wear and tear issue. I worked through the troubleshooting instructions on the Xbox website to no avail. When I looked at "Default" for mapping the buttons, it didn't give me an option to "Restore to Default" like the instructions said. It referred to a "Slot 1". I have no idea what that is and didn't want to create more problems.
