Skyrim - Dawnguard Vampire Side Quests
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Dawnguard plug-in comes with multiple side quests in addition to the main questline. You can start on side quests by interacting with specific NPCs at particular times, or interacting with new items. Some side quests have radiant components and some are repeatable. The side quests you take will depend on which faction you choose early on in the main quest line. Here are the side quests you will take on if you choose to join the vampires.
Amulets of Night Power
Speak to Feran Sadri, the resident alchemist at Volkihar Keep. He will tell you about two amulets; the Amulet of Bats, and the Amulet of The Gargoyles, which will boost your powers as a Vampire Lord. He will send you to two random locations to find each amulet separately. The amulet may be in possession of a boss or in the chest at the end of a dungeon. Follow the directions on your map to each of the dungeons to retrieve the amulets then return them to Feran. He will reward you with several blood potions.

Here is a list of several possible locations you will go to:
Bloodlet Throne
Clearpine Pond
Darkwater Pass
Driftshade Refuge
Forsaken Cave
Orphan Rock
Sightless Pit
Silverdrift Lair
Swindler's Den
Talking Stone Camp
Ancient Power
Speak to Feran Sadri and he will inform you that the blood of an ancient vampire can be added to the Bloodstone Chalice to prolong its effects. He will then send you to a random location to retrieve one of the five body parts of the ancient vampire from a boss level chest found there. The five body parts are; head, ribcage, hands, leg and arm. Once you retrieve the body part, return to Feran to conclude the quest. The quest can be repeated up to four times.

Here is a list of the possible locations of the body parts:
Altar of Thrond
Bloodlet Throne
Chillwind Depths
Dead Men's Respite
Halted Stream Camp
Lost Knife Hideout
Orphan Rock
Stony Creek Cave
Treva's Watch
Witchmist Grove
Culling the Beast
You will be given this quest after speaking to Feran Sadri or Fura Bloodmouth. Your mission is to kill the boss vampire at a radiant location. Once you are done, return to the quest giver and you will be rewarded with three potions of blood or leveled enchanted items like a circlet, necklace, ring, a piece of heavy armor, a piece of light armor or a weapon. This quest is repeatable.
Here is a list of the possible locations of the boss vampire:
Moldering Ruins
Pinemoon Cave
Broken Fang Cave
Haemar's Shame
Bloodlet Throne
Mara's Eye Pond
Shriekwind Bastion
Redwater Den
Deceiving the Herd
Speak to Feran Sadri and he will tell you of a plan to frame the Dawnguard for murder. The plan is for you to dress up as the Dawnguard then go and kill someone in public in one of the cities that Feran will choose for you. After making the kill, you are to plant a note on the victim that incriminates the Dawnguard. Feran will give you the note and the Dawnguard attire.
You have the option of killing someone that is considered important in the city you are sent to. This can be a merchant, bard, or member of the Jarl's court. You must perform the killing on the streets of the city for it to count, so if you want to target a member of the Jarl's court, you must wait until they are outside the palace. Merchants and bards must also be outdoors when you kill them. In order for the murder to count as a public kill, it must be witnessed by a guard or citizen.
Here is a list of prominent people in the various cities that you can target:
Markarth - Bothela, Hogni Red-Arm, Lisbet, Ogmund
Riften - Brand-Shei, Grelka, Madesi, Marise Aravel
Solitude - Aia Arria, Ataf, Endarie, Evette San, Giraud Gemane, Illdi, Jala, Pantea Ateia, Sayma, Taarie
Whiterun - Adrianne Avenicci, Anoriath, Carlotta Valentia, Fralia Gray-Mane, Mikael, Ulfberth War-Bear
Windhelm - Aval Atheron, Hermir Strong-Heart, Hillevi Cruel-Sea, Jora, Oengul War-Anvil
Destroying the Dawnguard
Speak to Feran Sadri or Fura Bloodmouth to give you this quest. You should have completed "Kindred Spirit" and several other side quests. Your mission is to kill all the leaders of the Dawnguard to prevent an all-out-war. When you arrive at Fort Dawnguard, you will get attacked by members of the Dawnguard soon as they see you. Clear your way into the fort and kill the leaders one by one, as stealthily as possible. It is very difficult to defeat them if they gang up on you.
Watch out for Isran, who uses a powerful spell called Stendarr's Aura that will drain your health whenever you are within melee range, as long as you are a vampire. Once you have killed all the leaders of the Dawnguard, go back to Feran or Fura and you will be given a reward. You will also be informed that the Dawnguard will continue to exist despite the deaths of their leaders.

The Gift
Once you have completed a few side missions with the vampires, and you have a spouse, you will be directed to speak to Vingalmo. He will send you on this quest to turn your spouse into a vampire. To achieve this, you have to use your Vampire Seduction skill on your spouse and then feed on them. After that, return to Vingalmo to complete the quest.
Here is a photo of Vingalmo:

However, you will not be given this quest if you are married to some people, and they will become hostile if you turn into a Vampire Lord in front of them. Here are some examples:
Aela the Huntress
Borgakh the Steel Heart
Derkeethus
Dravynea the Stoneweaver
Octieve San
Omluag
Romlyn Dreth
Scouts-Many-Marshes
Shahvee
Viola Giordano
The Hunt
Speak to Feran Sadri or or Fura Bloodmouth to send you on this quest. You will be required to kill the Dawnguard spy masquerading as a Traveling Merchant or Traveling Bard, and you are to perform the kill discreetly. If your speech skill is high enough, you can persuade them to follow you by promising to take them to the 'monster' they are searching for. You can also intimidate them into coming with you. You can then take them to a secluded location to perform the kill without being seen.
New Allegiances
Speak to Vingalmo to give you this quest. You are required to turn somebody into a vampire. Vingalmo will suggest you use Vampire Seduction skill to feed on a subject who is awake. This skill requires you to be at least a stage 2 vampire, i.e. having not fed for at least a day. However, if you find that the target is asleep, you can use normal feeding to infect them.
The quest has three radiant options; Valindor in Riften, Cairine in Markath, and Haran in Winterhold. Haran seems the easiest, as you can find her sleeping after 2 a.m in the Frozen Hearth Cellar where no one can see you.
Protecting the Bloodline
Speak to Feran Sadri or Fura Bloodmouth to send you on this quest. You must have completed "The Bloodstone Chalice" before this. You will be sent to a random location to kill a feral vampire before it turns its allies. The radiant location can either be a Bandits Camp, or a Warlock Lair. Once you have killed the feral vampire, return to the quest giver and you will be rewarded with several leveled items.
Rings of Blood Magic
Speak to Feran Sadri in Volkihar Keep, and he will send you on this radiant quest to retrieve two ancient vampiric rings; the Ring of the Erudite and the Ring of the Beast. The rings are in the possession of two leveled bosses at random locations. Once you have retrieved the rings, return to Feran in Volkihar Keep. He will let you keep the rings, in addition to rewarding you with a potion of blood.
