All, really hoping someone will be able to help as it's doing my head in! Ever since we 'upgraded' to the Sky Max Router, I've not been able to consistently keep my Xbox connected to the Internet, even through a wired connection. Ever time I call up Sky they ask me to reset everything, which usually gets me reconnected but it'll only last an hour then dissappear again. My xbox is showing as connected but fails all the network and multilayer connection tests. Anyone else had this same issue? Or just generally lnow enough about diagnosing these sorts of issues to help.
We've had issues keeping my wife's phone and my lads Switch connected too. But these are usually fixed by turning the device wifi off and on again.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
