Xbox 360 Sonic Generations

Apparently there is a Sonic game called Sonic Generations coming out in November. Is anybody going to get this? I love the Sonic games and I haven't played one in a long time. I am interested but I wonder if it's actually a new game or a remake of old games.

I am not sure if the Sonic Generations is going to be new, or a remake of the old. I might get it, because I have not played Sonic in a while, either. I kinda of miss that spinning, blue hedgehog!

I'm not a big fan of Sonic, but if my little brother finds out about this upcoming game, he is going to pester our parents to purchase it for him because Sonic is somewhere in his top three favorite cartoon characters. Do you have any more details about "Sonic Generations"? Will it be similar to the previous games in the Sonic series?
