Spyro the Dragon

Does anyone else remember this game? Or this series of games, rather? I played them back when I had a PS1, and they were a lot of fun!

Oh, I remember this game. I didn't have a PlayStation 1, but I played it on one of my friends' consoles. Later, when I purchased a PS2, I also played "Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly". I've seen online that the series has other games, the latest of which is "The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon". Has anyone played that one?

I tried playing the DS version of one of the Spyro games (one of the reboots, I think?) and it was pretty terrible. It was really dark and hard to see stuff, and trying to steer Spyro around was difficult.

I think I have played a demo verson, of one of the Spyro games. I never bought it, because it is just not one of the kinds of games I like to play. Yesterday, I saw a commercial for a new Spyro game, that involved little plastic figures.
