If the Kinect Sensor is having trouble seeing you during the Kinect Tuner test, you might receive any one of the following error messages:
Body turned (809B1007)
No player detected (809B1008)
Head not detected (809B1009)
Too far left (809B1009)
Too far right (809B100D)
Lower body not detected (809B100E)
Not enough light (809B1002)
Too much light (809B1003)
If you see one of these messages, see the suggestions pressing More Info. You need to make the suggested changes. To repeat the Tuner Test, press Try Again.
If the problem still exists, you’ll have to ensure good lighting and proper positioning of the sensor.
