Xbox One Ultimate Game Pass

I have just purchased an XBox Series X and have given my XBox One X to my grandson. I have configured them so that my XBox Live subscription is shared with My Grandson. I have a copy of Forza Horizon 4 on disc which I use on the Series X. I want to be able to play Forza Horizon 4 with my Grandson. If I purchase a Game Pass Ultimate subscription I can download games on my Series X and they will be available for my Grandson to install and play on the One X. If I download Forza Horizon 4 on the Series X so that my Grandson can install it on the One X, will that in any way affect the install already on the Series X (the disc version). I don't want to download it from the Game Store on the Series X and then find that something has happened to the original install if that makes sense.
