unfair Xbox live suspension

I was recently suspended from Xbox live because they said I was soliciting. I didn't ask for anyone's personal information or account information. So they prevented me from playing multiplayer games as well as communicating with anyone. I don't think it was fair for them to prevent me from playing multiplayer games because I'm still paying for the ultimate pass and I can't play whatever game I want.
