Xbox 360 Which Call of Duty is your favorite?

So i was wondering what everybody's favorite Call of Duty is. To this day there have been 9 of them released. Also which company do you prefer better, InfinityWard or Activision. Personally i think InfinityWard is better, and is the company that gave Call of Duty its name. Call of Duty 4 was the revolution of the Call of Duty series. It was a big update to modern FPS games. Call of Duty 4, and Call of Duty: WaW are no doubt my favorite Call of Duty games. They were the most unique. World at War introduced the Call of Duty feature that is known as Nazi Zombies. Nazi Zombies brought such a change to the Call of Duty series as well. These two Call of Duties were the most original, now the new ones are just way too repetitive. So, what is your favorite Call of Duty?

I loved WaW. It was by far my favorite. For some reason I just loved the multiplayer maps. I don't have a favorite company, but I totally agree that it's to the point now where everything is just repetitive and, well, I'd really love to see something totally new from the franchise.

Blacks OPS 2. It has an improved game engine and tweaked sound. The visuals are ok, but it's always have awful graphics. <3

The best ones in my opinion are Call of duty 2, it has the longest and singer player and the best multiplayer for competition, and Call of duty 4, they improved the graphic engine and multiplayer in some ways but they made the single player campaign considerably shorter, all the sequels never made any improvements, they are all the same.

I loved WaW. I quit playing it when the hackers took over and started flying around the maps and stuff. Do they still do that, or did all that get stopped?

My favorite is WaW, but I really enjoyed MW2 as well. Does anyone still play WaW? I've found that with each new one, I stop playing multiplayer on the previous ones.

Not that it was available on the Xbox but my favourite was the original (and its expansion), spent plenty of years playing that.

WaW was my favorite by far, though I haven't tried every single one yet. Still, good stuff =).

I only have COD 4, so I am thinking I need to get WaW at some point soon. I have to admit I have gotten some what bored with COD4, will I get bored with WaW?

Cod 2 was the best, it just felt really polished and well made

CoD 2 was the best on the PC. There were no killstreak rewards, no stupid ranks and prestige to attract dumb circle jerk gamers, and no broken spawning that would end up getting you spawn killed. You could only spawn next to your teammates. There were also a billion awesome custom maps made by the players for the PC version since they hadn't screwed even over by taking away dedi server support.

MW2 and on the series has been absolutely crap that removed any quality and replaced it with blatant money grabbing. I'm not giving activision a cent of my money for ruining such a good series. I don't care how many of my friends play each new CoD. It's a terrible game that caters to noobs now.

Black ops 2 is my favorite because I have always been a huge fan of the zombies gameplay and it definitely didnt disappoint me. They also finally added some new weapons instead of just putting the same weapons from the last games. At the same time they kept the weapons that were considered the favorites which is a definite plus.

Call of duty 4 was my favourite, loved playing the single player and played the co-op missions for days on end with friends!

Although I'm sure if I fired it up now I would see just how far the game has come since then!

My favorite also, other than WaW as stated earlier would probably have to be Modern Warfare 3. The campaign was everything you'd expect from a Call of Duty title, and the multiplayer was spot-on.

I spent hours and hours and HOURS on WAW so I have to go with that one. Many bored but turned into fun late nights with that game.

Since I'm a history buff, I have to say the first ones. COD 1 through 3 were probably the best WWII games ever made! Shooting enemies and learing history, awesome day!
