Which games can you pay on both PC and Xbox?

I only play racing games on both, separate games of course. I finished Need for speed on my PC several times and then stared playing these games on Xbox. I feel like it's the same so I don't have any preferences, I'm ok playing on either. What other games are there you can lay on both ?

The Sims games are also available for PC and Xbox 360, as well as for Playstation. Skyrim is another title that comes to mind - it's available on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
