Xbox 360 Why is bf3 lagging?

Im trying to find out why bf3 is lagging for me all of a sudden. I never had this problem. My Internet is running fine and my ports on the wireless router are open. It can't be the router because The game still lagged for me when it was plugged directly to the modem. What would be the problem? I cleared the cache also. And it only laggs with bf3, no other game.

Did it just start happening or has something within your network recently changed? I have never had the issue with a single game before, but I have had it happen and it was without my ISP telling me to expect the issues too. Who is your provider?
