Xbox One will we see many high level players early on?

Do you think we will see many high level players early on in the game? I'm only a casual player because I have work and other things that take up my time, but I am aware that there are many people who will sit and play the game for probably 12 hours straight every day for the first week, and so when us casual comes to play we may be outshadowed by the high level players. Do you think there will be many high level players in comparison to the casual gamers?
