My son got a ban indefinitely on his xbox account. When he tried appealing it was turned down within minutes saying he had been banned for harassment. He has no strikes on his account and he says he has done nothing wrong.we have sent over 10 emails to enforcement with not one single reply every avenue of contact we have tried to make has been a failure. Cmon xbox what is going on.ive been seeing a lot about this exploit ban.we need help.my son is autistic and spends all of his time on xbox with the very few friends he has.yiur customer service is diabolical. Something needs to be done
