xbox banned

ive recently bought a xbox 360 250gb from grainger games, had it two weeks and decided to go online, only to find out console has been previously banned, and need to find out when or grainger games wont take it back can any 1 help

Best not to buy used xbox's with no known background. Always go for a new one.

Happened to me before, just keep on insisting they take it back, eventually they crack to avoid causing a scene.
