I'm currently having issues with my main account due too an unfortunate situation of my account getting completely permanent banned. As of the case the account was banned on February 6th 2023 at 10:32am. I tried checking on the issue on the Microsoft support page to see the issue of the perma banned if any additional information could be provided on it or to at least know the specific reasons why I was banned rather than have a general answer and to see if the permanent ban could be lifted due to a possible wrongful suspension. I checked on the enforcement history behind the account just to be sure. And to my surprise the enforcement history was completely clear to begin with. So if any enforcement team member is able to see this conversation or at least reply to it that would be awesome. Because my main account couldn't have possibly been hacked or something.
