My xbox live app hasnt worked for a month on the mobile so I had a look at the account through the web and see my account is logged in under a strange name and my info is gone. Likewise my xbox s is offline and I cant connect. Following advice found on the web I signed out, made sure I signed into my microsoft account, changed my xbox live password (email notification and all) but the new password doesn't work. I cant sign in to xbox live and the crappy false profile wont move. Just out of interest the hackers name on my account is VehementWord701. Any help appreciated.
