Xbox One XBOX MOVIE STORE WHY UHD FOR UK AND US ONLY ?

Hi is there any reasson why the US has the options to rent new movies in UHD but in UK there is no option we can only get SD OR 1080P. I have a 1080P and UHD tv and ATMOS set up doly digtal or DTS etc.I did speak to xbox support and they could not give me a reason or answer or did not know why.Thank you.
