Here's a link to a You Tube easy wiring fix for XBox One not turning on, with solid orange power supply light.
It's safe (jumpering wires in the very low voltage console side cable from power brick). It's easy (just strip insulation carefully, connect wires as shown). It has my XBox One fixed and working - it will likely work for you; it restores power sent from brick to console. If your power supply has no light, is not showing orange or white light, or if the power supply orange or white light shuts off during power up, then you may need to buy a new power supply on ebay or Amazon.
