Xbox one S not turning on

Hi all,

My Xbox one S is not turning on. I tested the power source and it's working. I even bought a second power source. The xbox doesn't start with any of them.
There is no sound, light or fan moving.
I also checked for short circuits on the mother board and couldn't find any.
Any idea would be deeply appreciated!!

Since you have the xbox one s in pieces and seem to have at least a basic knowledge of electronics, try checking out resisters and caps near the power connection area and working out from there. It can be tough to know if a capacitor or a resister is weak or blown without schematics or another known motherboard you can compare with or removing them one by one and testing them. I'm talking basic level here. Do you have any experience with pcb repair, and you have any rework equipment?
