Xbox One Xbox one s rebooting

Hello. My Xbox one s keeps rebooting or the fan races very fast.

- I already replaced the CPU thermal paste.

When I shine a flashlight from the top of the Xbox into the fan grill I see it starting and stopping. Can someone check theirs and see if It does this? I’m wondering if the fan is bad.

I live in a house with three roommates they all have PS4s I'm the only one with an Xbox One the only one with a console created by a computer company. It is embarrassing that my Xbox randomly disconnects from the internet as if I have a weak wireless adapter in a house full of PS4 users who constantly talk s***. Why is it that the computer console is not Superior with wireless adapter and I always have to reconnect to the internet? This seems like something that should be fixed ASAP.
