It was working perfectly in the past, now it won't turn on. I messaged with someone from the xbox support team, but they didn't know. They told me things such as doing stuff in my device manager, but the problem isn't that my controller won't connect or anything. The adapter's light literally just will not turn on when I press it. Is it just completely broken(even though nothing happened to it)? Or is there a different way to fix it. (I've tried checking in network adapter settings, re plugging it in, etc.)
