Xbox One Why would Bungie reveal Destiny at Playstation's E3 Press Conference?

i love the look of this game but at the same time while watching gameplay videos i see enemy's that look like a re skinned updated version of some halo enemy's like a mini scarab and a hunter not that its a bad thing just wanted to se enemy's that ive never seen before or fort

also im not 100% sure on this but i herd that Microsoft and bungie fell out because ms wanted them to make another halo game and bungie didn't
 
They did it probably because their game would make a bigger impact in the audience if they announced a normally xBox exclusive developer in a PS conference. And it worked out as planned from what I can see.
