Xbox One Best external hard drive

Which is best, and good, hard drives? Should I upgrade internal ssd, or just get external solid state drive.

I'm getting one for Christmas, I'll let you know which one I get. External I do know.

I'm also looking for an external drive (preferably under $50).
Looked into upgrading the internal drive but that looks like a headache (advantage PS4).

Any suggestions?

I personally recommend the Seagate external powered drives... I bought the 6TB when it came out & I've never had a problem.
Also, on the off chance something does go wrong, they are generally very helpful and reputable company.

I am thinking of also getting one SSD for my Xbox one S. However I am debating between hdd cheaper alternative to SSD for performance? I would like anyone if hdd works just fine? Thanks in advance??
