Xbox One Bypass the system update

How can we bypass SYSTEM UPDATE on the 1st time configuring the console.

Seeing the date of your post you probably won't read this, or you already solved your issue...But this is what I don't get, what kind of issue is that? Why would you bypass the System Update? You need the update so the console can properly work, unless there is something I don't get here.
