Xbox 360 Can’t connect to my Xbox account, problem with credentials (error 80151103)

So this started last night. I’ve changed my password multiple times, used the right email and password but it still won’t work. There is a message that says “Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem.

80151103”

Any idea for what I could do?
 
I am having the same issues..tried multiple things and nothing seems to work. Even used a different xbox console and still the same error.
 
I'm also having the same issue I used my old hard drive with my account on it and I can't do anything do to that error code 80151103
 
I have this same problem. Even tried application password (two factor). It starts downloading then displays, "Sorry, there’s a problem with the credentials that you’re using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem."
 
Looks like no new info and I am not the only one having this issue since February 2022

And what happens if you have a gold subscription to Xbox live?
 
I was having the same problem starting March 18. Have reset password, deleted profile, cleared cache, unplugged the console for 10 minutes, still every time I try to download the profile I get the message that it couldn't log on due to problem with credentials and giving error code 80151103.

I'm not sure if this solved it or if something else happened and made it work when I tried this, but I started creating a new profile with a different name but using the same email and password, which of course failed. Then I backed out and tried downloading the profile and this time it worked.
