Hello,
I am having a problem with my day one Xbox One.
I was playing a game (Ghost Recon: Wildlands) when it seemed like the console crashed. I had no control with the controller, although it was synced, and nothing was working in game. So, I turned the console off and on again. Only now none of controllers will sync with the console. They both work with a cable, both connect to my PC with a cable, both have the latest firmware. The console still works fine, but my controllers just won't sync!
I've hard restarted the console, changed the batteries in the controllers, removed the headset adaptor. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help?
