I purchased Assassin Creed Valhalla dlc Dawn of Ragnarok. I purchased the download code from Amazon UK and it downloaded without problem. The following day the console (Series X) failed to recognize this and I was getting the message that add-ons were missing and that I should regain access to them.
I deleted the dlc in the hope that reloading it may solve the problem. The console no longer shows any record of the download and I cannot re-use the code. As the code was not purchased from Microsoft there is no record of purchase.
Please help as I feel that I've messed up and don't have the know how to solve this problem. (old and daft)
Any help would be gratefully received.
