Xbox One DVD and game discs not readable (Error 0X91D70000)

XBOX One is unable to read Blu Ray or regular DVDs as well as any game discs. Error code is: OX91D7000. Tried reset per information I had with no luck. Next step?

I have the same problem ... Try changing a reader..or CD tray
I didn't fix it
I no longer use CDs
Everything is digital
