Xbox 360 How do i Safe a Upload clip from to my Iphone 5? :)

I have the Xbox One app on my iphone (SmartGlass), and i can watch all the clips my Xbox One have made.

But Does anyone know how i safe the clips, i have in Upload on my xbox, into my Iphone Videos, so i can upload it on websites?
