If you want to get your guide stickied in a thread then follow these rules here and submit the url to where your guide is located in this forum. Here are the other kind of guides, besides achievements that can be submitted to the community which consist of mini guides, collectible guides, and other specialty guides. These guides are based on your creativity so if you identify an aspect of the game that you feel could be made into a guide then this is how you do it. You can choose to have these submitted to the editorial team but make sure someone hasn't already done it. Help us become a more complete site for the community! Guides should be text based, with good presentation, unique, & original content. Please don't post a link directly to a video and call it a day. Use pictures and videos (please limit the video use to 1 video) as a secondary supplement only and run the community through a guide in text. These guides should not be copied in part or whole of anyone else's guide or from any other site. So if you do one of these it should be your own writing. Try and remember to be very complete and remember the key rule were more is always better. To be eligible for monthly prizes you must submit to this board.

Guidelines:

    • Submit your guides directly into their game board and use the submission board section of the site to let us know where its at for review to be stickied.
    • Sometimes your items may get denied. Don't get discouraged! We are trying to get very complete guides so either the editorial team will let you know what needs to be more detailed, maybe the guide has corrections (we want you to look good), or someone has already posted it a guide surrounding the same topic.
    • All guide items must be original writing in your own words and written in a entertaining style as well as written solely for Xboxforums.com. If the guide is found from another site or it is copied form another persons guide it will be removed. Be proud of your guide, take your time while making them, and try to make them as complete as possible. One or two sentences and a video to another guide will get denied.
    • Use proper grammar and spelling in creating these guides. Don't forget to proof read. Make your guides easier to read with good presentation. One way to do this is use the bold font formatting as well as size 3 or 4 for text size on your section headers. Make your thread title as descriptive as possible.
    • Remember these guides are based on your creativity. So have fun with it!
    • Do not hotlink your images from other sites. Use the attachment system here or Photobucket, image shack, or other photo sharing website to post images. You can do this by clicking the the insert image button on the editor here on the site.
    • Remember to check preview your post and check your own work. This greatly decreases the time it takes us to quickly review and approve your item.
    • Text talk or internet abbreviations won't help if somebody doesn't understand what your trying to say. If you use these, then your submission may be take longer to get posted as it gets corrected.
