nope... cloud still relys on a strong internet connection.. the more they try and offload onto cloud the more data transfer speed you will need... the more speed you have the better server's they will need... its a catch 22.. it looks great in theory and on paper but most people are not on a business or high end connection... most are on basic digital dls connections.

look at bf4 and the rubber banding issues... recently they switched over to faster servers and walla 64player patches not act semi normal graphically...

it looks great to say well it is only installing 15g of memory.. but its pulling the other 60g from a network live/real time.. to many open variables imo.. most of the united states network is still not the greatest. and im not willing to shell out 80bux for a higher end dsl connection to play games.
