After the introduction of Kinect, I noticed how slow my dashboard is.
It seems to have been solved after the most recent Fall update but it was just for a while and it was slow again.
It takes more than 2 minutes for everything to be smooth again and going back to my dashboard has the same effect after playing some game.

Anyone of you guys also experience this?

I only had this problem a few months ago, right before my xbox died. I'm not entirely sure if it was a coincidence or not, but it died about a month after it started to slow down. I didn't have a kinect or anything connected to it, but it was after the kinect was released.

Most likely your hard drive failing. It happens the same with computers, and I'm pretty sure it's the same reason. Other than that, it may be your console getting a bit dusty. Open it up and see how much dust is inside and clean it up. I'm sure it would be a bit faster once you do that.

Probably youre right. I havent opened my box since I bought it and probably dust is making it run slowly than it used to be.

I will also have my hard drive checked by my brother. He knows much about it.

You should always clean the dust of your console, specially on the heating fans, from month to month, just to make sure. Anyone that has a computer knows how dust is such a evil bastard that ruins electronics.

I have already cleaned my console, vacuumed the dust and everything and still I face slow loading on my Dashboard.

I think its the hard drive now but I'll take it to the service center for them to check it up.

Yeah, it sounds like HDD issues or maybe overheating... since you're getting someone to check the HDD, wait for them to tell you if it's messed up or not. If it isn't the HDD, look into possible overheating issues...
