My friend has been banned from using xbox live and all forums. What should they do

So they cannot join clubs, play with other live members, or use any microsoft owned forums. Whenever she tries to do any of the previous it shows a little note telling her that her xbox account has been temporarily banned. That was about 4 months ago

Must be pretty serious. Has she checked her email? It should show the reason why she was suspended

They didnt send her an email. She's been checking everyday for the past week and even looked in her spam. Theres nothing telling her why or what to do. She also looked through her emails from the previous month. Nothing
