Xbox One NOOB: How to use webcam>?

hi

im an Xbox One X noob...fish out of water lol...but great with PC's lol
all instructions i find to set up a USB camera seem to be for One S because there is no options on the home screen called BROADCASTING - i merely wanted to see what its like what it does...

any help greatly appreciated
