I just started playing Syberia 3 and am having a difficult time with playing the game - not because of the puzzles in Syberia 3 but because I can't seem to get the controller to do what it needs to do. For example, in the beginning, when the player has to do a key puzzle, I can't figure out how to move the various arms and place them where they need to go. Also, just opening the cabinet doors at the very beginning took forever. Does anyone have experience with using the Xbox One controller with Syberia 3 who can offer some tips? At this point I'm just gonna have to return the game if I don't get it figured out. I contacted tech help for the game of Syberia but their response wasn't really legible - I don't think whoever it was had command of the English language.
