Original Xbox Softmodded Xbox help?

I have a softmodded Xbox (I used MechAssault and AID). I accidentally uninstalled MS-Dash, reinstalled it with AID, but now it is no longer my default dashboard (it boots to a black screen). How can I set MS-Dash as my default dashboard?
