we have the ability to stream xbox one games to pc thru windows10... you need to link your xb1/app to the xbox one.. you will also need a controller and a usb/micro plug unless you order a Microsoft wireless controller adapter(iirc 24.99)
depending on your system and how its connected really determins how well it transfers/plays..

and have used the stream function a few times.. and it has played quite well.. it did broadcast(play) in 1080 for me while playing neverwinter. it was the only program running..
