Hello,
I have a relatively new Xbox One X.
I'd been playing Dead or Alive 5 Last Round (disc) for more than an hour, and suddenly during a cut scene the screen went dark and the console started making an errrrrrrr sound. I shut the console down and restarted it. No problems since then.
I would expect it to have that issue when a game launches rather than in the middle of a game after an hour of use.
The console sits on top of my TV stand, so there are no ventilation issues.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or is this normal for an Xbox console?
Should I assume everything is fine?
