Wasn't there something about not needing Gold for Netflix anymore?

I thought I read or heard somewhere that you no longer need a Gold membership for streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Is this true?

Half way down they say that you get Netflix, Hulu, HBO, their first born sons, etc. without gold membership. Hope this helps you out!

Thanks everyone. We have several Gold memberships at the moment but may not renew all of them when the year is up since we no longer need it for app streaming.

you can share gold on the console no need for everyone who uses the console to have a gold membership.
