Xbox One Xbox charged me for a game my son never bought?

Hi, we got £65 billed for the newest Call of Duty game, my son never purchased that game?! Really strange that without any notice Microsoft charged £65 from his account!! I have submitted a refund and looks like we will get it back but to me its absolute a disgrace that Microsoft are playing these ‘games’ with customers!!! Anyone else got the same experience? Also there is no contact number to call to complain.
