Hi Everybody. Rookie here. My buddy and I are trying to play sniper elite 3 against each other. We both bought new headsets Xbox one model # 1610, 1626. Everything seems to work fine except that we can't talk to each other. Micosoft help confirmed that my headphone are working properly. I'm relatively sure it is a settings problem but we have tried everything.
When we first click on start a new game, we can hear each other for the first few seconds until the game actually starts, then the microphone quits. I have confirmed thru skype test that the headset works.
Please help
We love this game and are tired of having to leave our phones on speaker so we can talk to each other. Please remember that we are both rookies and don't know some of the terminology that experts use.
