Anyone have this controller? I am playing Dark Souls 3 and I can't even switch targets or kick properly using this controller so I'm thinking about just buying a new one. Though it says it is licensed from Microsoft, it still seems pretty third-party to me.

If anyone can tell me how to use the programmable button on the back. It's possible I messed up the controller using this button.
