Xbox One Does PASS ULTIMATE give yo access to ENTIRE GAME or trial?

I was told that the ultimate pass i got for £1 for 4 months gives me access to "paid for" games but only lets you play so much of it

my nephew got ultimate pass for £1 and thinks it lets you play the entire game because he says he's completed all the courses on Forza,,,in 24 hours when hes never played it proper before lol lol lol...

is this true? i cant see xbox giving everyone access to all their games for £1

You can play all the games on the game pass for as much as you want as long as you have game pass

yeah but its not the entire game, ive been told its some of the game like a trial so you can "try before you buy" - i mean they arent gunna let people have full acccess too their entire catalogue for £1 month on deals and £12 there after???? makes no sense....but the try before you buy does...
