Hi there. I'm new to this forum. I've had an unusual issue since November. I'm now hoping there is someone on here who can help me out. Every time I put a game disc into the system, it works as it should. The disc will install, update & play as it should. However, I have 1 game which does NOT work as it should: Minecraft. When I insert the MC disc into the system, it installs & plays as it should. But it doesn't update. Please note that I am talking about the game 'Minecraft' & NOT 'Minecraft: Xbox One Edition'. When I start the game, a pop-up appears saying 'Update Minecraft'. But when I select update & return to the queue, nothing happens. It just says 'Updating...' & stays stuck on 0.0%. There isn't even a download speed. I wait for hours and end up having to cancel. This is the ONLY game I have this issue with. My other games update with no issue at all. Here are the system details, just in case: System: Xbox One S 500GB Space available: 150GB Internet: Samsung Galaxy Hotspot (4G LTE) NAT type: Open/Moderate Here's what I have tried to fix this issue: • Disconnecting Xbox from the Internet and reconnecting it. • Switching my hotspot between 2.4GHz and 5GHz. • Clearing the Alternate MAC address. • Performing a full reset on the console. • Power cycling the console. • Uninstalling and reinstalling the game disc. • Installing the game with no internet, then connecting to the Internet just for the update. Thanks so much for reading, and I hope someone is able to help me out.
