I have bought my 11yr old a new xbox one x and also paid for a xbox live account for one year.
the payment has gone out of my account now and I have set up a new child account after he spent £30 without my permission. however he is not happy about this and want to go back to his first account which he has setup fortnite and put money on the account.
my question is if I allow him to go back to the first account and remove my paypal details so he can no longer pay for items.
will this cancel the xbox live account or will it run until the renewal date in one year time?
I should have set up a child account on Christmas day but it was 5.30am and he just wanted it working fast.
