Xbox One XBox One users - free group calls on Skype

If you use an XBox One and have Skype on your system, then group call are now free. It is believed that this is in reaction to the rising popularity of Google Hangouts since Microsoft wants people to use Skype even more especially if you already have the XBox One. This used to be a premium service before it became free for XBox One users.

I'm currently beta testing the next update, but the beta forums don't mention any skype improvements. Sorry.

That's pretty neat. It's a great way to talk to friends and family members from all over the world without having to pay for pricey international phone calls.
